SnakeBit Drill Company Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within the first 15 days after an order is received. We will credit the original form of payment less shipping charges. All merchandise must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns of used or opened merchandise nor can we credit shipping and handling charges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return any item. If an exchange is requested, we will then pay the shipping charges of the items being sent back. In the event of defective goods or a shipping error, we will absorb any additional shipping charges associated with the item. All returns must be authorized by email. To request a return, email sales@snakebitdrill.com. Please include in the email the products that will be returned, the original order number and the reason for the return.

All merchandise must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact. We do not accept exchanges of used merchandise. You must pay shipping charges to return the item to us and we will then pay the shipping charges of the items being sent back to you. All exchanges must be authorized by email. Send an email to sales@snakebitdrill.com requesting an exchange. Please include in the email the products you would like to exchange, your order number and the reason for the exchange.
SnakeBit Drill Company Warranty Policy
SnakeBit Drill does not warranty failure due to use inconsistent with the product's label.
SnakeBit Drill does not warranty poor performance due to dull cutting tip or flutes. Through normal use drill bits dull over time.
